This category is planned without a separate traditional machine room. It can change how equipment space is coordinated, but the final arrangement depends on the building and the selected configuration.
Home Elevator
Home Elevator is the residential category. Household use, available space, entrances, interior context, and long-term service access should be discussed together.
Escalator
Escalators support continuous passenger circulation between levels. Landing geometry, travel direction, surrounding circulation, and access for installation and maintenance are central planning topics.
Dumbwaiter
Dumbwaiters are intended for moving goods rather than passengers. The load type, workflow, serving levels, openings, and hygiene or operational context should be explained during consultation.
Category first, configuration later
The category helps direct the conversation. Dimensions, performance, equipment, finishes, and technical scope should remain open until verified project information is available.
